What if I don't see a flavor or size that I want?
If you are not seeing what you are want, don’t hesitate to ask. We always do our best to accommodate special requests for different flavors, dietary preferences, decorations for special events, etc. Please reach out via the Contact Form below.
What flavors do you have?
Mama has perfected the taste of her signature cheesecakes and offers four flavors year-round: California Lemon, Classic Churro, Cookies & Cream, and Truffle Chocolate. During different seasons, Mama brings out her Seasonal Flavors! Keep an eye out because they are only available for a limited time!
What kinds of products do you offer?
We offer three different types:
- Our famous cheesecake in 3 different sizes: 1oz Cheesecake Bites, a 6" round, or a 9" round.
- Mama's newest creation is the Cheesecake Fluff which is cheesecake that is baked without the crust, cooled and refrigerated overnight. It's whipped up to a fluffy delicious cheesecake-like mousse the next day. The crust is roasted separately to deepen the flavors. A topping is added depending on flavor.
- Mama's second newest creation, a Brown Butter Chocolate Chip Cookie Stuffed with 1.6 oz of Vanilla Bean cheesecake!

Do you sell slices?
No, we do not. But we do offer a 1oz Bite Sizes for a dozen, if you have a larger crowd, you can place a special order for more than a dozen. This will give you enough to share! Please complete the Contact Form below.
Do you deliver?
Yes, we can with a delivery fee, that you may select at checkout. We deliver from our Long Beach Kitchen!
Where are you located?
We currently do not have a physical storefront. Our kitchen is located at the Partake Collective Food Hall and Commercial Kitchens in the City of Long Beach at 456 Elm Ave, 90802. All orders are handcrafted here. This is also our pick-up location for customers who choose pick up.
Can I just walk in and buy a dessert?
No, please place an order online and select a pick-up day (at least 3 days from ordering) that works for you.
What is your turnaround time?
All orders must be placed 3 days in advance. Cheesecakes are made to order. Only the freshest ingredients are used in Mama's cheesecakes.
If you are in need of a dessert in less than 3 days, we require a $25 rush order fee. Simply reach out by completing our Contact Form below, and we will review your order with you and determine if a rush order is possible. We always do our best to accommodate.
Do you ship?
Currently, we do not. But we hope to expand with shipping options soon! Be sure to follow along on social media and subscribe to our mailing lists for any and all updates!
Can I order desserts gluten free and/or vegan?
Most of our desserts can be baked as gluten free. When ordering make sure to mark your order as gluten free. Due to an issue with locating a soy & nut free sour cream there is a hold on Mama's vegan/plant-based cheesecakes. Please contact us for vegan pricing and options.
Do your vegan cakes contain soy or nuts?
Unless specified, Mama is proud to say the vegan and the gluten free desserts do not contain soy or nuts! Within our kitchen, we use separate mixers and kitchen utensils when creating our classic, gluten, and vegan items. Please contact us for vegan pricing and options.
I can get a whole cheesecake from a grocery store for $9. What makes your cheesecake so pricey?
Mama Cheesecake's desserts are all handcrafted, no fancy automatic machines or co-packers here. Only the freshest, finest organic ingredients are used. No GMO's, soy, or nuts (unless requested or stated) are added to our gluten free or vegan handcrafted desserts. We handcraft our own vegan cream cheese to assure it is pure. Mama only uses organic sugars, and flours, as well as cage free and vegan fed chickens for eggs, and only the freshest of ingredients are used. No GMO's or hydrogenated oils are ever used. You will always be able to tell the difference between a Mama Cheesecake treat versus a store-bought one. Just hold our cheesecake in one hand and the store bought one in the other. The detail is in the work that Mama prides herself in and the difference will always be clear!
