Shipping & Delivery Policy

All orders placed via our website, are subject to acceptance at our discretion. If we do not accept the order, we will let you know why and refund the canceled order promptly.

LOS ANGELES & ORANGE COUNTY ORDERS

All LA/OC County orders will be locally delivered by the Mama Cheesecake Team unless pick-up option has been made at checkout. A team member will reach out to you directly for ETA. Please allow for a 3-day turnaround period, as our team is small (but mighty). 

US ORDERS OUTSIDE OF LA/OC AREA 

We are not delivering at this time we hope to expand in the future, follow along on Instagram and Facebook and subscribe to our newsletter.

US ORDERS OUTSIDE OF LA/OC AREA

We ensure that your order leaves our kitchen with sufficient packaging to withstand travel. Customers must understand that if/when packages are damaged, lost or delayed during the shipment process, this is not our fault.

REFUND POLICY

Mama Cheesecake will not be responsible for providing a replacement order unless contacted no later than 24 hours after order delivery, with a $25 charge and must be picked up by customer. Any issues with the quality of your order will be dealt with on a case by case basis, upon notification to us within 24 hours of delivery.

All accepted orders are final and we do not accept cancellations, refunds or returns. We create and deliver orders based on the order submitted, so please make sure you check your order details and address you provide at checkout.

MAMA'S TIPS

Our sweets will last 7 days in the fridge (although we do not recommend this as products dry out or alters flavor of the item) or 3 months in the freezer once they arrive with you. Best stored in a sealed container.
